POWER/SKILL TEST:

1 Hang Clean + 1 Clean from the floor…

* Have to squat catch at least one of the above and work up to the best load you can hit for TWO for the day…
(96% or more for two is a PR)

* 50, 65, 75, 85, 90, 90+, 90+ (Optional)

 

WORKOUT:

60/75 Cals on the Bike
75′ Rope Climb (5 full or mix and match partials or seated to get to 75′)
(8:00 cap)

No cap on the bike, but try to push it so you have some time on the rope…

 

POST WORKOUT STABILITY:

Post workout will have some hip/shoulder/core stability with a new movement and one we have done before…

5 DB Windmills each side
5 DB Turkish Get Ups each side
* 2 sets with light loading focusing on positions this week
