Pick the one that needs more work and you hate the most 😉

Warm ups – 50, 65, 75, 80% for triples and doubles…

Then, every 1:30-2:00 perform just 1 rep @ 85-90% of Snatch or Clean and Jerk for 6 total rounds…

Everything is fair game on this one… Hang, Power, Floor, Squat, etc…

Workout is all about keep your completed reps near identical throughout all eight rounds…

:20 of Muscle Ups, CTB Pull Ups, Chin Above or Ring Rows (Pick a realistic and safe option you can maintain throughout)
:40 Double Unders (Scale to singles in needed since the time frame is so short)
REST 1:00
* 8 total rounds (16:00 total)

Work for around :15 on round one for the pulling section to set the number you will try to hit the rest of the 7 rounds and the time to take to double under will be based on your skill level at them…
