Anticipating some barbells this week so let’s keep working them!

We will spend a good 20 minutes playing with Squat Snatch skill work AND Handstand Push Up skill work along with Double Under skills for those of you still working on them…

Then…

We will turn it into a workout…

5 SQUAT Snatches @ 60-65% 1RM
10 STRICT Handstand Push Ups
** Can kip only if you’re controlled/strong enough AFTER round three
50 Double Unders (1:00 cap each round)
* 10:00 AMRAP

Plus we will have some ITY shoulder rehab work off of a bench post workout…
