5 position Unbroken Power Snatch (High Hang, Mid, Above, Below then Floor)

50, 55, 60, 60-65, 60-70% for the last set…

100m Single Arm Farmer’s Walk (35-53/44-70#)
* Left arm out and right arm back
50′ Push Up Hand Walk
25 Calories on the Rower
* 15:00 AMRAP

Keeping the farmer’s walks as level as possible and coaches will take you lighter if they are walking crooked on the first round 😉

Knee push ups is a scale option for the hand walks, but your hands start behind the starting line and your feet must cross the finish line to finish the 50′
