POWER:

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform the following:

1 Hang Power Clean @ 85% 1RM

+

1 Floor Power Clean @ 85% 1RM

 

Then at the 10:00 mark proceed to…

 

1 set of 20 reps on Deadlift with 85% 1RM Clean (2:00 cap)

* Move quickly, but SAFELY!

 

Barbells for Boobs is this weekend… A little practice!

 

WORKOUT:

10 Clean & Jerks (93#/135#)(65% 1RM Jerk)

:30 Accumulated L-Sit Hold Hanging off a Pull Up Bar

* 8 minute AMRAP *

 

Figure out what a good pace will be for Saturday and what kind of sets you want to aim for…
