Let’s mix it up with some items we haven’t done for a while…

 

POWER/SKILL:

Hang Split Snatch (Non-dominate leg)

+

Floor Split Snatch (Dominate leg)

* Work up to a moderate to heavy load with perfect split and overhead positions… Stop a little short of a full max out on this one…

* 15-20 minutes

 

WORKOUT:

400m Sandbag/Med Ball Carry (45-60# total… Can combo 2 to get Rx’d weight

300m Double KB/DB Farmer’s Carry (53-55’s/60-70’s)

* 100m & back to door for 3 trips

200 Double Unders

* Get as many as you can with time remaining if you can’t make it to 200

(12 minute cutoff)

 

If we run out of objects to carry we will start a second heat about 3-4:00 into the workout…
